A long time ago, in a far-far galaxy turbulence swept through the realm, and radical changes occurred in the power structure of the entire known Universe. Discord reigned between the larger factions, war and betrayal became commonplace between the all formerly allied clans. Those, who held the power of the sector were fighting each other remorselessly. Entire clans became annihilated or expelled from the galaxy.

At the end two oldest and mightiest clans were confronted; one of them was the clan of the Sith. Weakened by internal disputes they were not able to oppose their opponent any more. Because of the dissolve of the leading Sith the formerly proud clan finally broke apart. While some tried to regroup, others wanted to reach a higher level in order to become one with the force.

Many traveled then to the Razgriz Black Hole to overturn themselves into the all consuming abyss. To their surprise they were expelled by the black hole again, after they saw the end and the beginning of the universe. First they were confused and disappointed that they don't become one with the force, their first careful reconnaissance flights began. The further they advanced, the more confusing the whole situation became. They arrived at a completely new galaxy, called NSU, where the power structures are completely different. Clans which had fallen into oblivion long time ago now ruled over the systems which had been swept blank during the Great war.

Adapting to the uncommon situation and in order to collect information without being noticed, the first arriving Sith remained unrecognized for a while. To reclaim some money, they began to trade under the disguise of a trading organization. While the first Sith earned more and more money to build their fleet, one after one scattered Sith reached NSU. Darth Stryfe, once leader of the Death-Squadron, and his apprentice Darth Revan, announced finally the refoundation of the Council of the Sith Lords, and became the new leader. Again strongly in the power, the Sith soon became a factor in the galaxy, a power to be recognized.

THE BRETHEREN ARE REUNITING, BEWARE ALL ENEMIES OF THE SITH!...

The Dark Lords are an evolution or offshoot of humanity, and rumor says that they are the ancestors of the Sith, who had been exiled and vanished long time ago. Now they are back, and more powerful than ever…

As the Sith arrived through the Razgriz Black hole from another dimension, they are different to resident imperials. The Sith have evolved in a radically different way. Now they drain power from the Void. It had been lost millenias ago. The Void proviedes the Sith with immense power, that is called the power of the Dark Side.
Sith gain power from raw emotions like pain, hatred, and passion. As the element of Darkness is completely new to NSU it might change the reputation of the whole Imperial and Republic faction, that ought to be neutral and logical. The Void now pushed them towards a more aggressive, passionate and dreaded but aphatic reputation.

As pain, passion and greed motivates the Sith, their ultimate goal is to conquer the galaxy and eradicate the Republic and the Jedi plague. They will stop at nothing until all nations bow before them or become their subjects. To achieve such a goal the Sith will recklessly use any ways.

According to the Sith code here are a few law extract:

The Sith never pay tax. You keep what you kill, or pay the price of recklessness.
Note that we do not hunt traders, only warships. We are not pirates or terrorist, as we only protect our interests.
Those who dare to attack or try to tax a Sith, shall be hunted forever. They obtain an eternal place on our "blacklist"!
Those who are neutral to the Sith shall not fear us.
Those who are allied with the Sith always can count on us.
The Sith are silent. We are bonded to the Void, and silence is our Oath.
The enemies of the Sith shall be shoot on sight, without warning or discussion.
